This nicely furnished, beautifully located, one bedroom condo is available to rent on May 15, 2025 to April 14, 2026. It is in a resort called Bay Point on the Lake. The resort it is a twenty minute drive to the lifts at our ski resort and only three minutes to downtown Whitefish, Montana - with all its great restaurants and entertainment. The west entrance to Glacier National Park is only 45 minutes away. Our fabulous beach is walking distance from the condo! The living room has a wood burning fireplace, a recliner, sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has knotty oak cabinets and quartz counter tops. The stove, microwave and refer are all new. New blinds were recently added to the bedroom, as well as a new bed, mattress, dresser and night stand. Carpeting his been removed and replaced by luxury vinyl plank flooring and throw rugs. The condo is an end unit in the last building on the hillside, so it has a quiet, private feel. The deck has a gas Weber barbecue and patio table. The view of the lake is heavily filtered by pine and birch trees, but evening sunsets are visible across the lake. Bay Point's beautiful beach and docks for swimming are always available for your use. Our indoor pool with hot tub and spa are open every day from 10 am to 8 PM. It is closed all day on Wednesday for maintenance. The cost is $2,000 per month plus a $2,000 deposit if the entire period is booked. Shorter, monthly stays are available at a higher cost. June and September are priced at $3,000 per month. July and August are priced at $4,000 per month. The cleaning fee varies with the condition of the condo when you depart.
