Our condo is beautiful and very well-kept with a fully modernized upgraded kitchen, a 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit perfect for a single or couple. 300 Bayview is the center building between the other two in the Arlen House trinity, which gives us instant & direct access to the full-size heated pool & tennis court. All three Arlen House buildings have its own sauna, locker room, workout room, hair & nail salon, mini-convenience store, concierge desk, security staff, and parking lot. The condos are brightly lit because of excellent natural light, and all have a spacious layout with a private balcony. The difference is whether you want to be up high or closer to the ground (We're on the 2nd floor, above the front lobby, so you can take the stairs without waiting for an elevator, or just to stay in shape. The other difference is whom you're dealing with, because as the owners we care about our condo and always want it to be first class. And you can call us directly whenever needed - we're not gone after you sign the lease! The Arlen Houses are in the center of Sunny Isles, which, as you'll see in all the postings, is across the street from the beach, great shopping, outstanding restaurants, with easy access to the major highways, and midway between Aventura & Bal Harbor (posh-posh!). It's a well-maintained building with responsible people in the office and on the Board, so Association approval is required, and its available as soon as your application is approved. One-year renewable option annually. Current tenant with us 4 years - they're so happy here that they just bought their own apartment next door, and moving out this weekend! They've been great and we're hoping to find new tenants just like them! In fact, they're the ones showing the apartment because we moved to San Francisco.
