The apartment is centrally located, minutes from Caltrain and Muni. Walk to work at UCSF Mission Bay, Uber, Google, OpenAI, Adobe, and many other great employers in SOMA and Mission Bay. And after work head to the Giants stadium or Chase Center, or one of the many fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood. Or just stroll past the many new parks and the Embarcadero. The unit comes with one large parking spot with its own dedicated EV charger, and is dog friendly. The building has a fitness center and a 24 hour concierge. The building is replacing many of the windows and re-waterproofing the building envelope, and because of the way the building is laid out they need to access the deck to do this work. There will be davits on the deck. Every weekday between 8 and 9am the crew will put a ladder down from the roof to the deck in the morning, go down the ladder to the swing stage (the scaffolding connected to the davits), and at the end of the day (generally between noon and 4pm) attach the swing stage to the face of the building, go up the ladder, and pull the ladder up. This takes about 10 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon. They won't need to come through the unit except on rare occasions, and then it would be with three day notice. The construction is expected to last until the end of the year. You would still be able to access the deck at all times. Because of this we would refund a $1,700/month inconvenience fee during the construction. Renter is responsible for Electric - gas, water, and internet are included. No smoking anywhere in building or on deck. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Sorry but no cats. EV charging is currently free but will be billed in the near future.
