The laundry room, garbage and recycling are all located in the building. We furnish water, hot water and garbage. All our units are always painted & spotlessly cleaned. Before you move in we do a very thorough inspection to make certain everything is working properly. We have no hidden charges. The security deposit (is equal to the rent amount), and we prorate your rent from the day you move in to the first of the month; this is your total move in cost. The management and staff believe that our tenants come first and to this end we have a 24/7 emergency line and a special tenant repair line. Most of our repairs are done on the day they are called in and if not certainly within a short period of time. We have a one-year lease which automatically converts to a month to month rental at the end of the year. There are three important QUESTIONS we will ask before setting up an appointment. 1. When do you need it? (30-day notice to present landlord?) 2. How many people is this for? 3. Do you have any pets? To qualify you must not have any bankruptcies, not have been evicted and make 3 times the amount of rent (that is what you make before taxes) You also need to have good tenant history.
