What do you like about the apartment? Anyone who is seriously interested must fill out an application, must have sufficient income and a positive/ acceptable credit report prior to lease discussions. NO pets..no exceptions. Boutique style apartment on the 3rd floor with no one above you. The apartment has be recently remodeled throughout the entire unit. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a fan/microwave, custom countertops, ceramic backsplash, exposed brick and breakfast bar/serving counter area. The great room has an electric fireplace. There is an enclosed porch off of the great room to enjoy. Local Solvay police and fire department are responsive to any emergency. Spouse has allergies to ALL pets so please do not inquire. He does maintenance so NO EXCEPTIONS.
