Here is what this house needs:*Haul garbage out of home*Take and remove all drywall in basement (told that the basement has mold it it a pipe broke but has now been fixed)*It will need the wash tube in the basement needs to be reset etc.*Toilet in basement has a cracked lid so will have to be replaced.*Mow yard remove & fix garage door roller on garage door, need new service door.*The home needs repairs and it would be an as-is sale with a quit claim deed!
