It is located right on Route 1 close to all that the Tequesta/Jupiter area has to offer including beaches, shopping and great restaurants and more. The community regulations require occupants to be over 55 years of age with no more that 4 people in the unit. No pets allowed. A potential renter will need to be approved by Broadview Condominium Association via an application, and agree to abide by the regulations of the community as well.
