We are selling the Claremont School building. Over 12,000 sq ft on almost 3 acres located on the edge of a small town in Southeastern Illinois. A Men's Basketball League rents a couple nights/week for several months in the winter as well as other local businesses, sports teams, and individuals for birthday parties and reunions. A new roof was put on in 2011. It also has half a dozen water & electric hookups for campers. It has a playground with several pieces of equipment including swing sets, etc. The building has a lot of potential. We discussed turning it into a bed & breakfast, apartments, concert hall, restaurant, etc. We just don't have the time to spend on it with our farm. We are asking $250,000 for the property.
