The house is FULLY FURNISHED for mid-term rental through May. Tenant can put utilities (electric/gas/cable/water/sewer/rubbish) in their name or pay $300/mo more to be included in rent. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. In May, elderly family is coming to stay for a month and then might be available again after they leave. Quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home that was built before 1900. There is an additional loft space with 2 built-in twin xl beds. Primary suite has its own bathroom and has a king bed with sitting area. 2nd downstairs bedroom is small and has a twin bed though a queen bed will fit. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. $300/month surcharge to cover utilities unless tenant changes utilities to their name. If utilities are less than this amount, refund will be given at the time of departure. Tenant is responsible for lawn and garden, leaves in the fall and snow in the winter. One car garage is in the property, currently just used for storage but can negotiate if tenant wishes to park there. Property is furnished but owner may consider moving select pieces of furniture and storing in garage. Sewer will be serviced annually (or whenever else needed) with snake and chemicals, has had roots in past. Nonrefundable $300 cleaning/move in fee
