The middle bedroom has 2 queen beds and an ocean view balcony. The 3rd bedroom has a view from the side and back for great views of the area. The oceanfront living room opens to a balcony for terrific ocean views. Convenient dining area with seating for 8 and a bar with 2 barstools for more. Granite countertops and all stainless in the kitchen that is well stocked with everything you or your renters would need, including coffee maker with k-cup and full pot brewing, blender and much more. Many renovations done about 3 years ago. LVP flooring everywhere except tile in the bathrooms. All 3 bathrooms have mounted make-up mirrors and hair dryers. Rental history is available upon request. Onsite and offsite rentals are allowed. The HOA fee includes almost everything including electricity inside the unit. There are sensors in every thermostat in each unit here that monitors the temperature to save the owners money on unneeded energy use.
