The spacious bathroom includes grab bars, elevated toilets and lots of lighting. Your new apartment home will a TV jack and access to the internet. The Garfield is an independent living community in Abilene, KS featuring 19 unique affordably priced senior living apartments. Utility costs, one meal a day during the week, wireless internet, cable television are included in the monthly rental rate. The Garfield has an exercise facility for use of our residents. We have a commons space to use for family events or coffee with other residents. Our covered parking starts at $20/month if the resident desires to park under them. The pet fee at Garfield is a non-refundable $500 deposit.
