These will remain in our name and we will request reimbursement each month. If any payments are missed, we will subtract them from the security deposit. A cleaning fee will be requested at the end of the lease and will be subtracted out of the security deposit. Owner pays for cable, high speed WiFi, water, sewer, and trash. Renter pays gas and electric. These utilities will remain in our name and we will send pdfs of the bills and request reimbursement.
