Our home is located on a cul de sac in front of the Sonoma Creek, so it is very private, however in walking distance to stores, restaurants, the theatre and parks. You will be very comfortable since we have air conditioning in the summer and a gas fireplace for the winter months. All the bedrooms have black out blinds for a restful nights sleep. The master bathroom is equipped with a steam shower. The kitchen appliances are all Viking. Included is an additional refrigerator / freezer located in the garage with a full size washer and dryer. There is an electric car charger in front of the two car garage. We are flexible in finding the right person to stay in our home between July and August and can be even more flexible if you prefer the home unfurnished. Well behaved pets are welcome. Owner pays for gardener. One Year Tenancy.
