Although it is a quiet community with swimming pool and beautiful tropical garden fully furnitured. Two queen size beds, lounge, closet, dinner table, washing machine and dryer, microwave, and other kitchen stuffs. some blankets are there, feel free to use, if not needed please store it in closet. Owner pays for water and electricity, if you need a wifi please open your own account for that. Basic TV cable is included but no television offered.
