Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in my 2 bedroom apartment that I share with a roommate. Move in September 1st. The apartment complex is in Watertown, called Bell Watertown, on the borders of Waltham, and Newton. We're a minutes drive from Moody Street, there's a farm stand across the street, and there are 3 different options for grocery stores right around the corner. The area is beautiful, very quiet, and the apartment actually has a view of the Prudential Center. We moved in to this complex when it was first built so everything in the apartment is *BRAND NEW*- washer and dryer, central air, electric stove, BIG [removed] fridge, Dishwasher. The complex also has an entertainment/community center that includes a gym with everything you'd need. My room is the larger of the 2. With a walk-in closet, separate bathroom and tons a space. The complex is pet friendly, and there's even a dog park out back. If all that was not enough, my roommate is literally the best. She's super friendly, has a great sense of humor, has the coolest dog (her name is Mabel). She knows how to have a good time but also knows when it's best for everyone to have some time alone. If you like impromptu disney sing-a-longs, binge watching great TV shows and wine, we will all get along really, really well. Everyone says their apartment is awesome and their roommate is great but this is the real deal. We need someone who is a professional, has a career and is generally upbeat and happy. The apartment is expensive but it is totally worth it. There is a $250 security deposit that you'll need to move in and will have to pay to me. The reason being that I paid a $250 deposit to move in and being that it is a transfer of responsibilities the complex only requires a background check through Bell Watertown literally no other payment to move in.
