The Building: There is an indoor parking garage (extra cost), bike racks, mailroom, terrace patio space, and an entry control system for heightened security for entrance into the building. Amazon Key for Business is integrated with our entry system for drop off in the mailroom, and laundry is on-site (there is also a laundromat across the street). You can also access the 2nd-floor terrace patio for grilling and outdoor cooking on those beautiful SF days! Your furry companions are allowed in the building at no additional charge. There is also a donation section in the garage where residents can leave books, furniture, appliances, etc. for residents to donate or keep which helps build a sense of a community in the building. The Neighborhood: Quick 8-minute walk to the 24th Bart Station. Very easy to bike around in the city. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is very close to many local grocery stores (all within a 2-minute walk). If you want to grab some food to-go or browse around some shops, there are plenty of restaurants on 24th Street or Valencia Street that you can visit.
