A second lease option is a one year lease available beginning 5/1/26 for $2550/month AND ALLOWS YOU TO SUBLET FOR NIGHTLY RENTALS Lease is flexible and condo can be rented from 6 months to 1 year. Rate posted is off-season rate but condo can be rented on a 1 year lease for $2550/month. The off-season rate requires a 6 month minimum stay.
