Close to the OU law school ( walking distance ) Condo has a lot of upgrades We do not live on the property but are a quick 30 minute drive away. Owner pays all utility bills including water, trash and electric ( owner estimate's electricity usage and settles up at end of lease. ) No smoking in unit or on patio ( this includes marijuana ). One reserved covered parking spot. Fireplace is not wood burning. Tenant must supply their own internet and TV access. Lease duration is 12 months and we require 30 day notice before moving out. We utilize a formal lease agreement that is signed by both parties before occupying the condo. We do our own maintenance work and we will respond as soon as feasible.
