City Walk has a 24 hour fitness center, salt water pool, fire pit, multiple grills, two lounges, and a gift wrapping station. Not only is it pet-friendly, but covered parking is included. Apartment is 852 sq ft, 1 bedroom with in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closet, and a small patio. Kitchen and living room have EVP while the bedroom is carpeted. The neighbors are quiet, have never heard anything except the occasional yelp from the upstairs dog. He's friendly and loves belly rubs, and so who could be mad about one bark a week? (Legit, the dog is incredibly quiet). The staff at City Walk are INCREDIBLE!! They truly care about all the residents, and host monthly fun nights (during COVID those have transformed into food trucks, and City Walk provides coupons to cover part of the meal), and any maintenance issue is always dealt with immediately (they replace light bulbs for residents). Subletter would be added onto my lease which ends August 30, 2021. You would have the option to sign your own lease at that time. No smoking in the apartment, but pets permitted. Water is billed automatically by City Walk, electrical and Internet would be paid for by the subletter. Application fee is $150 and security deposit is $300.
