Fully stocked cupboards with dishes and cookware. There is a coffee maker with plenty of mugs! The laundry room and pantry is connected to the kitchen includes a washer and dryer with plenty of extra counter space- perfect for prepping meals or folding laundry. There are 4 bedrooms. The primary suite has a California King bed with a bathroom ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over double sturdy log wood bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a standing shower that is across the hall from the bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is the bunk room with 5 twin beds on the 3rd floor. 4 top over bottom twin bunk beds and a cool loft with a ladder to enter and exit. The 4th bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a standing shower and bathtub. There is a half bath located on the first floor. 2-3 cars can fit inside the garage and 2-3 cars can fit in the driveway depending on the size of the cars. Tenants are welcome to use all spaces of the home that are available to them, including the hot tub, at their own risk. During this agreement this home is not allowed to be sublet to any other parties other than the tenants specified.
