HUGE back deck with fun yard to play in. Enclosed storage area. Car port. Wood shed for 8 cords! Even an area for chickens. Location is great just off the Mack Rd connection! Close to Wasilla. We love the large deck and the lawn. We love the raspberries in summer. The flowering bushes and trees are beautiful. The circular driveway with extra parking is great. I love the wood shed and all the storage space, inside (crawl-space) and out. The ice-skating pond is great for the kids in winter. The extra driveway to the back corner of the property is really handy to access the back yard. There is a lot of extra parking back there, including a dedicated place for an RV or a trailer. There is also an earthen ATV loading ramp back there.
