Off street parking on East side of home. City Park, the Zoo and even a municipal golf course are a stones throw away. I am looking for a tenant for ideally 6 months starting in September or October. It is negotiable at this time. I will pay a determined amount of water per month and anything over that amount you would be responsible for. I am paying for lawn and garden watering which historically is the same price yearly. I would also cover internet expense. You are responsible for energy cost which I would take out of a deposit. I would prefer to NOT have animals. The home is beautifully furnished and Im hoping for someone who appreciates and respects the architecture and interior spaces. This is not a typical Ikea furnished stock rental. This is my home and I want someone who respects the space and who would surely enjoy a comfortable stay
