Great house with an amazing front porch with a swing. Hard wood floors, gas stove, refrigerator, and tankless water heater. Dishwasher and garbage disposal make washing dishes simple. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Gated parking with automatic slide gate. Shed in the backyard surrounded by a privacy fence. Security system in place with keyless entry front door. We take care of mowing for the tenants. There are also existing garden beds, blackberry bushes, and peach tree. (We can rip out the beds if renters don't want to garden.) Pets will be allowed for a non-refundable payment of $500 per pet. We lived in this house for nine years and loved it. Great neighborhood with a couple of parks within walking distance. House was totally remodeled when we bought it and we have continued to add updates. Tenant pays all bills.
