I was here to attend school but have switched to an online version and moving back home for personal reasons. This apartment is at the Indigo apartment complex right across the street from Full Sail University. It has a tennis court, bbq stations and 3 pools in the complex. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, tile floors, carpeted bedroom. Washer and dryer in the bedroom. At the moment, rent for apartments here are a MINIMUM 1269$ a month, but I got the apartment during a special, so the price is 1229$ a month for the rest of the lease which expires on July 8th 2018. You can then lease it yourself if you wish to. Utilities included in the rent. By taking my lease, you can save anywhere from 125-200$ depending on if you are a student or not, but will save at least about 125$ regardless due to not having to pay for any move in or reservation fees. You will have to fill out an application and get approved (done by Indigo, this apartment complex). The apartment is also furnished. Living room comes with a TV stand with room to put things inside it, 2 chairs, 2 small tables and 2 lamps, 1 longer table, a single seat couch and a big 2 seat couch with a pull out bed. Bedroom comes with a bed-frame, 2 mattresses and a 5 drawer dresser. Also a walk in closet and a enclosed netted balcony type area. Need someone asap to take over soon as I am going to move out around December 16th-20th 2017. The month of December 2017 has been paid for so you also get half the month free! Also the security deposit of 500$ stays with the apartment, so I will be asking for that amount from you (sorry). But its still a great deal! Everything can be checked and verified with the office of this apartment complex, and we will be doing all application filling and signing of things with them as well so there should be nothing to worry about as far as that goes. If you have pets or a car you want a parking spot for, you can ask the office about how much extra that is and how all that works.
