The walls are insulated and heating vents do a decent job of warming it up. We used it all the time and it was very comfortable, especially with rugs and plenty of furniture. Large open space area in the neighborhood which will be a future 20 acre park. Lease will be 6 months at a minimum but we are open to longer leases.
