I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious Avondale unit. The sublet runs from 4/8. The common area is also spacious, with a large kitchen (with a dishwasher), bathroom, and combined dining room/living room space. There's also central heat and AC, and in-building laundry. Non-permit street parking it available. The location is great, on Pulaski Ave, Milwaukee Ave, with plenty of dining, cafes, bars and shopping. Transit: -56 bus is right around the corner -77 is a five minute walk north -76 is a ten minute walk south -Logan Square and Belmont train stations are a 15 minute walk in either direction. The roommates who's staying 3 peoples. They are super chills and responsible. Unfortunately, there can't be any other pets in the unit at this time. Your half of the rent would be $700 a month. The other roommate covers electric, and you'd take over heat and gas (roughly $80-$100 a month, but that amount will go down as the winter ends). The internet bill is split between roommates, coming out to $20 per person per month. The landlord requires: -650 credit score minimum -can pass a background check -$700 refundable security deposit (no move-in fee) This is a great space for someone who just needs a place for a few months, but you'll also have the option to renew as well. No smoking inside
