This is a double wide mobile home with an enclosed patio on 1.4 acres with a shared well. Amazing mountain and desert views. No HOA conditions, covenants and restrictions to pay for and deal with. All under 100k!! So what is the catch? Well, truth be told, it doesn't show well inside. Sellers are working at de-cluttering and boxing things up as I write this but I don't want you and/or your buyers to be surprised. Lots of acerage, lots of livable room in a rural environment with no HOA for under 100k. Doesn't get better than that. :)
