All under 100k!! So what is the catch? Well, truth be told, it doesn't show well inside. Sellers are working at de-cluttering and boxing things up as I write this but I don't want you and/or your buyers to be surprised. Lots of acerage, lots of livable room in a rural environment with no HOA for under 100k. Doesn't get better than that. :)
