Taking over my lease ending in October 28th, 2019. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment with a golf field view, giving you more privacy and more quite atmosphere. The apartment complex is located in the center of Rogers (3 minutes drive from Pinnacle Hills Mall) where you will be close to most of the shops, grocery stores, many activities such as amazing golf fields and walking trails. the complex has nice walking trails, golf fields, club house, gym, pool and hot tub. the apartment is in an excellent condition and its pet free, walls are in great condition, carpet is very clean because no walking with shoes is allowed inside the apartment. To takeover my lease you will have to fill out an application and get approved by the apartment complex management, the application fee is $25, and i'm willing to reimburse you for it if you got approved and you signed the lease. No deposit is required as i already have the deposit of $250 in, and i'm willing to let you take the reminder of the deposit when end the lease. i will be paying you $50 to hire someone for professional cleaning (i can give you the contact info) before your move in date, and it will be up to you if you want to keep it or spend it on the cleaning company. You can move in as soon as June, 14th, meaning that you will have half of June month for free.
