On the main floor is a kitchen, dining, family room area (including half-bath and laundry area) that opens up through large sliding glass doors onto a screened porch with attached storage, all overlooking beautiful conservation land. Upstairs are dual master bedrooms, each with a private bath and large wall to wall closets. Covina Key has it's own private pool and cabana area. And in addition you have access to the Meadow Pointe II Clubhouse with basketball, tennis, pool, playground, gym and clubhouse facilities. We maintain the property with care and attention because it is family owned, and we are looking for responsible, reliably-paying tenants who will also take good care of the property. We will run background checks, credit checks, and rental history, in addition to our own application and a non-refundable application fee of $50/person for every person over 18 years of age. If accepted, we require a security deposit of $1150 and a pet deposit of $600, if applicable.
