The contract is through July 31, 2020 and you would have the option to renew. All adult occupants must pay for and pass a background, credit, and rental history check, and verify income through the rental management company. Three official bedrooms plus two "bonus rooms" (basically non-conforming bedrooms) in the finished basement. There is a master bathroom and another full bathroom upstairs plus one half-bath downstairs. Other rooms include: Living room and separate family room, kitchen, dining room and two unfinished rooms in the basement. There is tons of space for storage! The place has built-in shelving downstairs as well as built-in storage cabinets in the attached two-car garage; there is a separate separate tool shed, room to park a trailer, and a huge backyard with a garden and fruit trees. The washer, dryer, fridge, oven, stovetop and microwave are included as part of the rental. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. This is a great part of town. The elementary school (Shepardson), middle school (Boltz), and high school (Fort Collins) are all either walkable/bikeable. Sprouts is easy walking distance. The Power Trail is nearby. The management company is quick to respond to any needed repairs. Again, the house is available starting on August 26th. If you move in August you would pay a daily prorated rent to us (the current tenants) for the rest of August. September rent would paid to the property manager on September 1st. No cats. One dog allowed but 40 lbs max and breed restrictions apply. $300 refundable pet deposit. Tenant pays rent, trash, water, and electricity. Tenant is also responsible for the yard
