Unit B is an ADU in the back of the main house. There is a fence that seperates Unit B's property and Unit A. There is a side gate entrance to Unit B's property. This is a newly build ADU in 2019. The Unit B resident splits the charge for Gas and Water that is billed to Unit A. The ratio of cost is determined by the ratio of people. For example. If Unit A has 4 people and Unit B has 1, then the water and gas will be 1/5 of the cost for Unit B.
