Only 12-14 minutes by car to the Gulf of Mexico (St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island) to the west, and same to downtown St Petersburg to the east. The Move-in date is negotiable, between April 26 and April 30. Rent is $2400 per month plus electric and Gulfport utilities. Includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, A/C, heat, all household furnishings, and garage (partial). We prefer to leave it furnished. If you prefer unfurnished, we would need to discuss how to store our furniture. Utilities: the Duke electric and Gulfport water bills stay in my name, and you reimburse me. Average electric (including heat and A/C) in 2025 was $170 per month. Average Gulfport bill (water and garbage) was $126 per month in 2025. All rooms have ceiling fans.
