Recently had a new kitchen put in(2005). Recently replaced all plaster and lathe walls and ceilings on first floor,with drywall. New carpet through out the whole house..Also recently had a completly new bathroom put in on second floor.And had all new plumbing run from second floor to basement.All recent work was completed Nov. 2006 (unless otherwise stated) Neighborhood Description It is a great, quite neighborhood. There is a daycare,store, and church all within a block of our home. Aswell as a public park and swimming pool all within walking distance as well (3blocks)
