(6) If pet(s), they must be generally quiet and we need meet them first to be pre-approved. (We do not charge additional pet fees or monthly pet rent.) (7) No smoking on, in, or anywhere near the property; (8) conscientious, friendly people who respond in a timely fashion; (9) strong interest in this particular unit/area. NOTE: Initial lease term is six months. If both parties wish to continue after six months, a longer term (up to 2 years) is optional, at near or same rate.
