We moved out of the apartment last month so you can move into the place as soon as you application goes through the property management company! Beautiful first level duplex in the heart of uptown! The house has a ton of character; original wood work, claw foot tub, built in buffet, and so much more. Only 2 blocks from Lake Calhoun, multiple restaurants and bars. Very spacious living spaces and bedrooms. French doors right off the living room that lead out onto the front porch. The rent comes with a two stall garage out back, very hard to fine in a location like this. Coin laundry is located in the basement and is shared with the upstairs tenants. Tenant pays gas, electric, and internet. We recently had fiber optic installed on our street and the house is currently wired. We pay $35 a month for 50 MBPS for internet with no contract. We lived here for 2 years and it was certainly hard to leave. Great price for the location, especially considering all of the new apartment complexes coming up in the area and charging over $2,000 for half the space.
