Gets great light through large bay windows. High first floor unit. We have absolutely loved living here! Perfect location - 6 minute walk to Blue line. Walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants - Longman and Eagle, Lost Lake, Lula, Revolution Brewing, etc. You can easily get downtown or to O Hare. Coin laundry in basement, plus storage unit included. Street parking is extremely easy. The management company has always been responsive and fixed any issues promptly. We're looking for someone to take over our lease with the option to re-sign. Lease start between 2/25-3/1 and ending May 31. Cost is $1350/month and includes heat (radiator). This is less than what we are currently paying. Must have 1) a credit score of 600+, 2) gainfully employed with a 3-to-1 income-to-rent ratio, and 3) a $600 move-in fee, $300 pet fee per pet (2 pet limit).
