The townhome is located off of Miami Blvd. This property is very pet friendly. Apartment will be cleaned and any repairs needed will be made by maintenance before you move in. The apartment has a real wood fireplace as well. The application process is the same as it would be if you were just starting a lease. You apply, and upon approval, will be good to move on on October 1st. You pay me nothing. The lease is up at the end of January so you will have to renew by then. The price will not jump up to what it would currently go for after renewal. This unit will be great for a single family with a young child as there is a large mural in one of the bedrooms. This can be painted over upon request. Initial lease will be from October 1-Jan 31 and then you would renew.
