The second bedroom features a queen-sized Murphy bed with a super comfortable mattress, a sit/stand desk on wheels with a Thunderbolt plug in (just bring your laptop, plug in and you can use the keyboard, mouse and two large monitors) and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is also a large Den with a 75" smart TV, and three leather stadium seats (adjustable lumbar, head and foot rests). A guest half bath, large dining table and gorgeous walls round out the space. The huge "smart" family room features motorized leather couch seating (with adjustable head, lumbar and feet on three seats) across from a 120" state-of-the-art, short throw projection TV that rises from the floor and a Sonos surround sound system. Electronic motorized blinds have been installed throughout the entire condo. The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and backsplash; gourmet, stainless steel JennAir appliances (a 42" built-in, French door refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, flat cooktop, and stainless-steel exhaust hood), imported Nolte European cabinetry and an island bar with adjustable height bar stools should you need to seat more people at the large stone-top dining table. This unit has literally everything you need to enjoy a winter in St. Pete including a large private balcony where you can unwind while soaking in the panoramic sunset vistas. The building's enormous 7th floor amenity deck features a huge resort-style pool & Hot Tubl spa overlooking Tampa Bay and the Rowdies stadium, pool cabanas, cozy fire pits with couch seating, gas and electric BBQ's, lounging areas and a large bar with an oversized flat screen TV. There's also a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large social room for entertaining or just relaxing, a Club area for working, card and board game playing, a catering pantry, and complimentary wireless internet access.
