This building holds the onsite management office which is staffed 6 days a week and our Fitness Center and Community Room. No need fro a gym membership, we have much of the same quality equipment as they do. We have planned community events and do offer the Community Room to residents for private functions (at a nominal fee). The community also has an in ground, heated, swimming pool (currently open until mid-September) and two picnic areas with 2 barbeque grills each in use year round. We have also added our Patio Area with a gas fire pit. Major employers within 5-20 minutes are: Global Foundries (formerly IBM), Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Dept. of Homeland Security, University of Vermont Medical Center, Dealer.com, and the Burlington International Airport. Owners Pays for heat/hot water, rubbish removal and snow removal. Tenant pays for electric, cable, internet and telephone.
