This duplex unit is located on the west side of Prairie Grove near schools, banking, and the post office. There are two bedrooms, a bonus room, two-car garage, an open floor plan with a large kitchen and island. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. All pets must be preapproved. Non-refundable pet fees must be paid prior to moving in. Smoking, burning incense, or the use of candles is not allowed in the unit. There is a $35 application fee for each tenant over 18 years old and a minimum credit score of 600 is required. Major appliances are included.
