Hi all! I am looking for someone (females preferred) to fill my room in a very cute house in north knox! it is about a 10 minute drive to campus and the traffic is minimal (on 275 mostly). It is 825 a month + utilities (about $120 split for everything). Current roommate is a UTK grad student and is very friendly and social. The lease goes from Jan-August but you can sign the lease for another year if needed! I can leave the current bedframe + mattress in the room. The rest of the house is fully furnished, but you would need to bring your own cookware + dishes. it is pet friendly as long as your animal is well-behaved and there is a $50 monthly pet rent. washer + dryer included
