My name is Laurie Ann and I have owned my soul saver condo for 24 years. I am a 56yo retired Neurotherapist and current very part time Certified Life, Wellness & Sobriety Coach. I have 2 small Shorkies Ginger 4yo & Tinker Bell 3yo who are sisters born 1 yr apart! They're my service dogs and accompany me most everywhere! They're very loving, affectionate, protective , loyal and will make your heart melt! All your living expenses including food in an Oceanfront condo for only $2,000 per month! I am looking for a sober 40 -70yo male in recovery or a non-drinker! -Must be a dog lover! I have 2 very loving female Shorkies that are my service animals and accompany me most everywhere I go. Only owners are allowed pets. -Only by the grace of God am I a grateful recovering alcoholic sober since March 13, 2013. Therefore, I hold NO judgement against anyone for there past and have much compassion for the still sick and suffering for any reason! Due to my recovery, which I hold beyond all else, other than God, I prefer another person in recovery or a non- drinker as my roommate! I can go to parties and bars where there's alcohol. However, it's not prudent to have it in my home. -I welcome the company if I'm relaxed in the living room watching tv and share the time with you. I can also go to my room and allow you to enjoy the living room. If you want to chill alone and watch the huge 57" Vizio tv all you have to do is ask! -I enjoy cooking especially for others, but detest cleaning up the kitchen most of the time afterward! Therefore, it would be appreciated if my roomie would pitch in and help. It would also be a HUGE plus if you enjoyed cooking as well! I would love to pitch in and help! Although, I have to say it would be nice to be treated to a fully prepared meal every so often. I believe in balance and shared responsibility however, I must say I'm an inherent caretaker and enjoy taking care of others so your clothes most likely will always be washed,dryed& folded for you to put away unless you prefer to do it yourself. - I will never go in your bedroom unless you specifically ask me to or tell me it's ok and I absolutely will NEVER allow anyone else to as well! I respectfully require the same from you and anyone who comes to visit you. - you will have a pass to keep in your car dashboard at all times without which you will be towed. There are extra passes you will have access to for your children, friends or partners when they visit or stay overnight. Please don't think you will be moving your partner in to live full time. That would need to be discussed before you move in and the rent would be more! -a pool key will be available at all times for your use. You may have a guest at the pool or beach but they aren't allowed to come in the house unless I've met them. Im a very friendly person and love gatherings, cookouts, pool parties and such! However, I can't allow people I don't know coming in my home! This is imperative! I must get to know the person before I allow them in my home! I rarely ever have guests accept out of town family or friends and I truly would like my roommate to not have company here all the time. -I am open to discussing the grocery shopping and am flexible to what will work best for you. I am a Walmart+ member and receive free delivery of anything online or in store directly to my door for free on orders of $35 or more! All online purchases are free delivery no matter the price! You can utilize that as well! It's awesome having everything brought up to the 3rd floor directly to my door for free accept whatever tip you want to leave! I also have a separate 6cuft upright freezer in the kitchen which I use for purchases of meats at huge discount. I'm a huge bargain shopper -This is a 6 month lease, monthly all inclusive rent is $2,000 with a $2,000 refundable security deposit. The lease can be renewed at the end of the term if we feel it's working for both of us. I wouldn't want you or I either one to be committed to anything longer to start. I'm very easy to get along with and extremely versatile. I'm very accommodating. At the end of 6 mos it would be month to month or a possible 6 mo lease. If you terminate the lease early you would lose your deposit of $2,000 -Deposit will be returned to you within 3weeks of lease termination at 30 days prior to end of lease term. A 30 notice of termination is mandatory and we will discuss that when that time arrives or prior to if we are both in agreement. -most all terms are negotiable
