This condo is ideal for travel nurses, military personnel, remote workers, maritime industry workers, and anyone seeking a comfortable extended stay while working in the area. The condo is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from Carteret Health Care, 30 minutes from Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point, 40-45 minutes from Carolina East Medical Center, and about 50 minutes from Onslow Memorial Hospital. You'll also be just minutes from Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach's restaurants/bars and shops, the Morehead City waterfront, and historic Beaufort. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six with two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a private bathroom, TV, and sliding glass doors leading to a private deck overlooking the pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean. It's the best spot to enjoy coffee at sunrise or relax with a glass of wine after a long day. The second bedroom offers a cozy, comfortable space for guests or kids. You'll find everything you need to settle in, including high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen & keyless entry. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, spices, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), a blender, toaster, oven/stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, bbq utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Enjoy all the community amenities, including a large swimming pool, kiddie pool, charcoal grills, basketball hoop, bike racks, laundry facilities, and free parking. For beach days, you're welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, floats, and foam surfboard. This isn't just another rental-it was my home and I've tried to create a space that's clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for longer stays. Whether you're here for work or looking for a lovely spot to stay until your permanent home is ready......I hope you'll love this little corner of the Crystal Coast as much as I do :) This is a short term rental available September - Mid December and January - April Refundable security deposit of $500 and non-refundable move in cleaning fee of $150 is due at signing. Monthly rental of $1,620 is due prior to moving in. HOA Compliance: Tenant and all occupants agree to abide strictly by all rules, bylaws, and regulations of the Sea Spray Condominiums HOA and CAMs Property Management, including any provided rules or posted notices. House Rules: o Smoking: Strict NO SMOKING or vaping of any kind inside or on the balcony/porch of the unit. o Pets: Strict NO PETS allowed on the Premises. o Parties & Events: Strict NO PARTIES, gatherings, or events. o Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. Parking Passes & Vehicle Towing: Tenant must display valid Sea Spray parking passes in all vehicles at all times. Tenant assumes full financial responsibility for any vehicle towed, fined, or booted due to failure to properly display parking passes or abide by HOA parking policies. Pool & Ocean Safety: o No lifeguard is on duty at any time. Tenant, occupants, and guests swim in the community pool and ocean at their own risk. Return of HOA Property & Fees: Tenant is issued pool wristbands, pool cards, and parking passes upon arrival. All wristbands, cards, and passes must be left inside the unit upon move-out. Missing or unreturned wristbands, cards, or passes will result in replacement fees deducted directly from the Security Deposit.
