House does have a 2 car garage and also a outbuilding that you will have part of for storage of lawnmower or storage of items. Has a large fenced back yard with a great covered patio with TV and firepit in yard. Large driveway for easy parking for boat or trailer. Neighborhood is awesome and all neighbors are great. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard care. This is a NON SMOKING house. Dogs are allowed but there will be a non-refundable pet deposit and a small monthly increase in rent for each animal (2 max). The rental agreement will be for a year but may entertain shorter terms, but will need to be discussed. I expect renters to take care of my property as if it was their own. I am a hands on landlord so if anything needs repair or replaced it will be done in a very timely matter.
