We have free premium cable TV a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave ,washer and dryer. We are only a three minute walk to both the law and Engineering school with the Cornell MA Business school having recently moved across the street! The International restaurants and the center of Collegetown is only two minutes away . The house is a quiet study house.
