Landlord will reject any applicants with any history of eviction actions or monies owed to a previous/current landlord. 8. As per guidance with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development "HUD", maximum occupancy is (2) persons per bedroom. 9. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis on certain properties. Only non-violent and common domesticated animals will be allowed on any property that permit pets.
