Landlord pays all utilities ($200 electricity allowance) and provides high speed internet. Repair issues are dealt with quickly. All furnishings provided including kitchen supplies, linens, and washer/dryer, all furniture. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Beautiful older home fully renovated. Pet fee $250/approved pet.
