Very spacious and wonderful 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment for rent located 2 blocks from the ocean front blvd. It is in a secure complex with an inner courtyard filled with trees and flowers alongside an outdoor pool. The apartment is on the 1st level with only 5 steps to get there. The floors are heated if you need, but after living there for 18 months, I have never used it. The living room is huge and holds my 14-foot couch, my 75-inch TV , my Peleton, and my M9 exercise bike. The bedrooms are large and have wall-to-wall closets. My lease is done on March 31st but I am moving to Minnesota and need someone to take over the apartment. Gas and electric not included.
