Everything is on one level, it has a lovely back porch patio, hardwood floors, a HUGE FAMILY ROOM, and nice size bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom. Living on this street provides you with a nice quiet country feel while living in the City. This home is near transportation and a nice Shopping Center is less than 2 minutes away from your front door. The fenced in backyard is HUGE! It is unusually huge and the renters who have had a dog....well all I can say is..........the Dog loved having his own private backyard acreage to run around in. I would love to find long term NON SMOKING Tenants for this rental. This would be an ideal situation for me, but if 1 year is your preference, I would still like to see if this lovely home would be a great match for you!
