Looking for someone to take over my lease which ends June 1st and can start as early as Oct. 11th. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath in old city (3rd and race). You will share the apartment with a young professional in her late 20s, she is very nice, enjoys going out and meeting new people! $950 a month plus utilities. Most of the furniture is hers, I can leave my bed if needed!
